Your Thermaculture Guide, Carly, is a leader in redesigning the wellness landscape towards radical self-love and greater accessibility. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive environment to receive the rejuvenating benefits of a thermic bathing practice, while embracing the strength and power of community.
This session will be hosted in Superior Sauna & Steam’s large event sauna. The benching in this build is curved – ranging from 18-30” in depth with 18” height/step up between the first and second bench.
